I’ve been exposed to Sean Stephenson before and I really enjoyed his talks. About how far he has come and how much adversity he has jumped over to get where he is now. In this talk he really breaks down a very simply law of humanity and that is, everyone wants to be loved. But not by their parents, their peers or their family. The love everyone is really after is self love and until we can really break down and allow in our lives and to allow folly to slide off our back and to stop beating ourselves up, we will always be in the prison of our minds!
Happiness, Success and Well Being in life comes from these first steps of accepting that everyone is out to see you succeed in life. Everyone is plotting for your well-being and happiness. Really amazing talk I highly recommend actually listening to Sean Stephenson’ Ted Talk to the Riverwood Prison.
Discover now the psychology of being self-motivated and what that means to your life and to your ultimate happiness pursuing what makes you happy in life!

This was a wonderful little story by a guy name Magnus Walker. He really breaks down important details about going with your gut feeling and how it really opens up your life to bigger and better things. From a small city kid that once lived in the UK, to a now multimillionaire that has owned his own clothing change, moving location and Porsche collector and reconditioner. He has really made a lot for himself by simply doing what he loved and listening to his gut.
This is another way to really help yourself feel aligned and happy with your life! Check it out here. I believe it resonates with this in a sense of keeping your energy high and dreams alive!

This was a great speech at a Ted talk by Alison Ledgerwood. She is a psychologist that studies human behavior, and through her research she has found many interesting points about the fact that negativity sticks around longer then a general positive encounter! In the end she basically says that the way to remove the droopy blues that we all get from negativity is by being grateful about the good things in life.
Here is a simple step to get rid of depression and the negativity that follows after “bad days”. Get a journal out, start writing as many things as you are happy and grateful for every day when you wake up! Science has proven this simple method creates happiness, defuses negativity and actually improves your health!
HEY that’s pretty awesome, let’s get to this!
